The 6th edition of Energy Week Black Sea 2026, the leading renewables event in the Black Sea region, will return to Bucharest on 4-5 February, uniting more than 300 senior decision makers from across Romania, Bulgaria, Moldova, Ukraine, Türkiye, and Georgia.
Hosted by Invest In Network, the conference has become the central meeting point for policymakers, investors, developers, innovators, financiers and corporate consumers driving the clean energy transition in South Eastern Europe.

This year’s theme, “Powering the Black Sea Region’s Clean Energy Future”, highlights the growing momentum in renewables, cross-border collaboration, and sustainable infrastructure development. The two-day event will feature over 50 high-level speakers, 20 hours of networking, and curated B2B and B2G meetings designed to accelerate partnerships and project pipelines.
Among the key discussion topics:
• Grid and cross-border interconnectors, including the Black Sea submarine cable.
• Utility-scale solar, wind, and storage development across high-growth markets.
• Offshore and floating wind projects, following Romania’s 2024 offshore wind law and Türkiye’s 5 GW floating target for 2035.
• Hydrogen and e-fuels, as countries map out regional hydrogen corridors.
• Financing and risk management, including new mechanisms to de-risk capital in volatile times.
• A new focus on AI and data centres, exploring how digital infrastructure can anchor renewable energy demand across the region.
Energy Week Black Sea 2026 will be supported by InNetConnect, a bespoke networking app offering early access to participant profiles, company information, and meeting scheduling before the event begins, ensuring delegates arrive fully prepared to connect with purpose.
